Fitness:
Riders are expected to have a suitable level of fitness. Beginners should be able to ride at a comfortable speed for at least 2hrs; intermediate 3-4hrs; and advanced up to 6hrs.
Equipment:
Riders are required to wear a helmet and gloves and clothing suitable for the weather. Close fitting clothing is best, to avoid snags. Riders also need to bring along any food and enough drink (water/electrolyte) you will need for the ride. It's unlikely there will be any places to refill. Handy spares include an inner tube, puncture outfit, pump, and small tool kit.
Bikes need to be in good working order. If your bike breaks down, your guide will try to help you fix it. If it's not possible, a recovery vehicle will collect you but this may mean a walk to a suitable collection point.
Cancellation:
All group and private booking require a non refundable deposit of 25%. If you need to cancel you are required to inform CwmRide in writing (mail@cwmride.co.uk).
7 days + notice = 75% refund
2 days + notice = 50% refund
Less than 2 days notice = no refund.
